Confusing layout

We had reservations for two separate stays with alternate plans due to baseball at William Jewel College. You were very accommodating and helpful to see that we had what we needed. Also, you were able to change our room when we reregistered for this visit due to kids running all around hotel! Also very accommodating when asked for help with computer help getting boarding passes for our flight out. We have stayed here before and found everything to be every nice!

My favorite property in Liberty. Nice and amazing place, free parking. Incredibly nice staff. Very good and incredibly nice breakfast with a wide array of hot/cold dishes. Excellent, comfy location next to the parks.

Location: the hotel was near Liberty and Easy to get to. And it was within a close distance from Joy Wok, ate there couple of times...

This venue is situated in a well-maintained area with plenty of restaurants around. Additionally, you can easily visit both parks in one day 🌳.

Staff was really Mid-Western friendly, check-in and-out was super easy, and I had a really comfortable stay. A great value for the money.

I think house-keeping might have forgotten to clean the bathroom sink after the last guest. It could have been better.

Appreciated having cozy central heating, a nice flat-screen TV with plenty of channels, and a handy microwave right in the room. the airport was also just 16 miles away! 🛫

The staff was amicable and outstandingly accommodating. The accommodation was amazing and clean. The room turned out to be brand-new and clean with toiletries. The microwave oven and refrigerator were very handy.

The breakfast was exceptionally nice and good; they served fresh meals. the location was marvelous as it was surrounded by lots of restaurants and only a 5-minute walk to the lake.
